Employee leasing – lease of employees whose employment relationship has been concluded for the benefit of other business entities. Employees work according to the Act on temporary employment. An entity employing an employee is called a temporary employment agency, an employee seconded to another employer is called a temporary employee, and an employer for whom and under whose management the work is provided is called an employer-user.


By using leased employees, the employer can flexibly adapt its employment structure to the company’s needs and therefore minimize its labour costs.


The employer does not bear the costs associated with the dismissal of employees such as severance payments or the costs associated with periods of notice.

In addition, the use of leasing solves the issue of supply of and demand for services or products of the company without having to pay overtime for full-time employees. Therefore, they can focus on core activities and strategic personal operations.
